Andrew Stevens
Andrew is an Australian Lawyer and qualified engineer with a Degree in Engineering and Master’s Degree in Engineering Science.
Experienced from 2004 in project management project delivery strategy with values ranging from $9M to $300M. Key outcome focus on client relationships, transparency and empowering delivery teams.
Utilised as an agent of change and transformation throughout his career, developing and implementing business and project performance improvement plans and delivery strategies. Experienced in:
Developing and building high performing teams, up to 150 employees, from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds;
Engaging clients to effectively partner and deliver mutually beneficial results and maximise transparency and trust;
Identifying market segment environmental and organisation blocker and enablers;
Engaging with current key external stakeholders and identifying future ones;
Developing optimisation strategies, including cultural alignment and change management planning;
Providing team based coaching and change facilitation;
Providing project management services, commercial and contract administrative and governance support.
From 2012 involved in the not-for-profit sector as director and chairperson providing corporate governance, legal and strategic change management experience to several organisations.
